Join Dr. Ian Chambers and Dr. Stephanie Kozloski of Chambers Family Chiropractic for an evening discussion on posture, stress, and nervous system health, including a free spinal posture screening.
Posture is the Window to Your Health
Discover what your posture may be revealing about your nervous system health in this educational workshop with local chiropractor Dr. Ian Chambers and Dr. Stephanie Kozloski. Learn how physical, emotional, and chemical stressors can influence posture, create tension patterns in the body, and impact overall health and well-being.
This interactive health talk is designed for anyone interested in improving posture, reducing stress-related tension, and understanding how chiropractic care supports nervous system function and adaptability. Participants will gain practical tools for recognizing stress patterns in the body and supporting long-term wellness beyond symptom management.
The workshop includes a spinal posture screening to help identify hidden patterns of stress that may be affecting mobility, comfort, and overall function. Attendees will also have the opportunity to schedule a comprehensive nervous system assessment and access an exclusive new patient offer available only through the event.
Perfect for individuals curious about holistic health, posture, chiropractic care, stress reduction, and nervous system wellness.
Facilitated by Dr. Chambers of Bingen, owner of Chambers Family Chiropractic and Dr. Kozloski of Chambers Family Chiropractic.
