From Brooklyn, NY to Brightwood, OR and ultimately Snowden, Kim followed her heart and her passion for great food to become a mid-life, first-generation farmer. As faithful stewards of both the land and the animals in their care, London Acres provides the community with the highest-quality, most nutritious food possible.
