Applies to all tenants, facilitators, members, event hosts, overnight guests, visitors, and organizations using The Missing Corner property.
The Missing Corner is a shared place for work, learning, gathering, and community. These Site Rules help ensure the property remains safe, welcoming, functional, and well cared for for everyone.
By using The Missing Corner property, you agree to follow these Site Rules. Additional agreements, such as Relationship Addendums or Commercial Lease Agreements, may apply depending on your relationship with The Missing Corner.
Respect the Property
Help keep shared spaces welcoming and ready for the next user.
Treat the property, shared resources, and one another with respect.
Leave spaces clean and orderly.
Remove trash, recycling, and personal belongings.
Return furniture and shared equipment to their designated locations.
Store personal or organizational items only in approved, labeled storage areas.
The Missing Corner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Access & Shared Use
Park only in designated areas and keep driveways and emergency access routes clear.
Use only spaces and amenities you are authorized to access.
Respect reserved spaces and scheduled activities.
Follow any additional property guidelines that apply to your use, including Overnight Guest Guidelines when applicable.
Safety & Property Care
Help maintain a safe environment for everyone.
Do not modify electrical, plumbing, or structural systems without approval.
Do not block exits, utility panels, or emergency access points.
Report maintenance concerns, damage, spills, or safety hazards promptly.
Follow posted emergency procedures and safety instructions.
Seek appropriate emergency assistance when needed and notify The Missing Corner as soon as practical.
Be familiar with posted Emergency Procedures and Complete an Incident Report for injuries, property damage, or safety concerns as soon as reasonably possible.
Community Standards
No amplified outdoor sound after 9:00 PM.
Maintain reasonable noise levels appropriate for a shared-use property.
Unsafe, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior is not permitted.
Treat staff, volunteers, tenants, facilitators, guests, and fellow visitors with courtesy and respect.
Property Operations
To protect the safety, functionality, and shared use of the property, The Missing Corner reserves the right to limit or deny access when an individual's conduct reasonably creates:
Safety concerns.
Significant disruption to normal operations.
Ongoing conflicts that cannot reasonably be managed within a shared-use environment.
Damage to property or misuse of shared resources.
These decisions are made for operational and safety purposes and are not intended to mediate personal disputes.
These Site Rules may be updated periodically. The most current version applies to all users of The Missing Corner property.
