Join Natalie for a low key, low pressure yoga practice session led by a Jason Crandall audio recording. Generally two 20min segments. All levels are welcome, come and go as your timing suits you between 7:20-8:30am. We will also do about 15 minutes of checking in on daily habit goals and wins for the week. Offerings for use of the hall are appreciated. Bring your own yoga mat and props, and journal.
