Take a load of your feet and a deep breath. This three hour event includes a guided breath ceremony, an herbal foot bath and connection around what we need to be fully resourced as mothers. The space is casual yet sacred. Come as you are. We will serve warm tea and a snack tray. Medicinal foot baths, breathwork ceremony and appreciation for Mom's.
