Yoga, Pilates & Dance-Inspired Movement with Colleen Farnum
This dynamic, Tuesday morning, class blends the strength and precision of Pilates with the grace of yoga and contemporary dance. Through controlled movements, mindful breathing, and focused muscle engagement, students build core strength, balance, and flexibility. Each session emphasizes posture, alignment, and the seamless connection between body, mind, and breath — offering a modern, athletic approach to holistic movement.
With over 20 years of experience as a creative movement educator, Colleen Farnum has dedicated her career to helping students of all ages grow through yoga, Pilates, dance, and mindful movement. She holds a BFA in Dance from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and has trained with world-renowned teachers, including Pilates elder Kathy Grant, Ashtanga yoga master Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India, and Broadway legend Ann Reinking.
As the founder and artistic director of Atma Yoga Dance in Miami Beach, Colleen developed a unique technique that weaves together yoga, modern dance, and Pilates. Her work has been performed internationally—from BAM in New York City to Art Basel in Miami and festivals in South Korea and Costa Rica. Her classes invite students to explore movement as both an art form and a pathway to strength, presence, and joy.

Pricing Options:
$90 for a 6-week session ($15 per class)
$180 for a 10-class card ($18 per class)
Drop-in: $20 per class
(6-week sessions with the option to drop in at any time.)
