Wildwater Rafting

Before I bought the building I called up all the local small rafting companies to see if they needed a base to operate from in the Summer. Before I took a leap on the Missing Corner, I needed to know I had at least one tenant so I could pay some bills while getting off the ground. When Lance from Wildwater Rafting told me yes back in 2019, I had the confidence to sign the purchase docs.

Every year since then Wildwater, which is usually based out of Wenatchee comes to operate for one month on the White Salmon river in August. Lance spent lots of time guiding the White Salmon River prior to purchasing and running his own raft and kayak guiding company (more about lance). He also has family in the area who he and his young girls visit every August. The White Salmon is the perfect bridge between the Wenatchee season and a season on the Tieton. His guides appreciate the special month kayaking and guiding on a special river.
